The idea of buying a house usually begins as a niggle of a thought in the deep recesses of your brain.  Over weeks (months?), the idea gains traction.  You may start to look online at property listings and spend Sunday afternoons visiting open houses.  Buying real estate is an experiential crash course in market economics with a concentration in supply and demand, interest rates and closing costs.  Before you get to move into your dream home you will do some work, learn a lot and have some fun.  As your buyer’s agents, we will guide you through the process (even the inevitable bumps along the way) with expert advice and some good humor so that when all is said and done, you will be sitting at the settlement table feeling confident you understood the process and made informed decisions along the way.
