Do you only work in Alexandria?
NO! We work all over Northern Virginia. We both call Alexandria home so are thrilled to be able to share Alexandria with our clients but we are just as comfortable working in Arlington, Fairfax County, Prince William County, and points south and west. Some of our most memorable adventures have come from working with clients in Arlington, Fairfax and more rural areas like Faquier, Shenandoah and Amelia Counties.
Do you work as a team for all of your clients?
Yes. All clients of the Gorman Group get two real estate agents in one. To ensure the transaction proceeds as smoothly as possible, one of us will be the primary contact, but both of us are fully involved and aware of the details and status of every transaction.
Do you handle rentals?
Yes. We represent both landlords and tenants with rental properties.
Do you have a preferred list of service providers you recommend?
Yes. We have both been in the business long enough to have created a wonderful list of home inspectors, lenders, title companies, handymen, plumbers, electricians, painters, waterproofers, etc. that we highly recommend (and those we recommend you stay away from). We are happy to share our referrals.
Do you work with military clients?
Yes. A large percentage of our client base is military due to wonderful word of mouth referrals. We understand that a military move might an extraordinary circumstances (quick move-in, renting a property sight unseen if coming from abroad, difficult processing necessary funds for a rental application, etc). We have helped military clients in all of those circumstances and others and are happy to go above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible.
